We know that CPS, Celtic - Jason Peterson and Bryan Hughes have control now of theOBJ assets.
What about our old Shareholder representative @Beancounterobj ????
I understand Mark was present for some of the creditor meetings I have sighted.
Personally I think it’s time to send the above announcement to all known ex partners (if they were honest partners) like Procter & Gamble, Pfizer, Coty, Johnson & Johnson, L’Oréal, GlaxoSmithKline and many more… Jeff said that P&G wanted to pay $40 million at one stage for our technology. The fact they still have our products selling in market, NOW, surely they will be interested in buying at more than enough to cover Jason Peterson’s interest and potential others.
I would imagine the above advertisement for the sale of our companies IP is the only marketing of such assets available. If Bryan Hughes has any interest in getting the best outcome and value for all holders, he will be approaching these companies however It is clear from public announcements recently, he is only serving Celtic (Jason Peterson) Cps Capital.
It is now up to our own efforts now. How much the individual investor values your hard earned capital be lost. For me I a been substantial however not crippling. I was sorry that I listened to every word that came out of Leederville rumour mill and believed it whilst all the time knew what took place with Pharmanet, that is my own stupidity that I have to grapple with as I had the blueprint brightly telling me that what happened to Pharmanet could definitely happen to OBJ Limited and yet I called it all the way to this point. My failure and except that.
Moving on, I do not have the contacts like other investors may. I do believe a decent marketing campaign for our IP will drum up a better outcome for us all. However I am not the person to run that. Another investor maybe able to use this to their advantage drumming up a collective group to buy the IP and then to sell it to a larger corporate.
Time is ticking however. Report the companies history to the regulator so possibly they can intervene, and at the same bring potential international high worth buyers to the technology, that is probably our only hope. We know as well as the inventor and all previous directors, Lubricen works…Good luck to all of us still here as the company goes into liquidation.
