Looks like the shareholders were very unhappy with the company performance and issued first strike against the remuneration report.
A second strike and shareholders will be able to vote for a complete spill of the board.
There was also a large vote against Peter Nathan's election and issuing of options to him, which is not at all surprising given his history of deceiving shareholders for his own personal gain.
