My only bias here is against dishonest management and unlike you, I can speak from experience of Peter Nathan's having misled investors.

I've simply alerted shareholders to Peter Nathan and Andy (who apparently now goes by Wenjun) Zhang's history and business practices.

The AGM vote shows that at least one quarter of all shareholders agree with me. That is a massive % against an incoming Chairman.

And the true figure is much higher because Alpha Group (who Zhang is affiliated with) would have propped up Nathan's vote as well.

Laugh all you want but the votes speak for themselves and they support everything I've been saying.
