Compelling. Looks like the board is on notice and it probably needs to be trimmed down anyway. 5 directors on a 15m MC company that's performing satisfactorily at best is absurd.
I got out a few weeks ago, had better use of capital than sitting idle here. Will consider re-entering next year.
