    geez I'm shocked at the few who voted against the unrelated party shares being issued. until now those directors have been lifestyle directors. a fair chunk of those no votes were mine, but hardly anyone else voting against this (?)... seems unusually strange. maybe shareholders aren't as engaged with this voting? not sure... be interested to know who else voted no for any of their free shares....??
