1% Net smelter of 2.6Moz.. let's do some basic speculation

Let's say in the future Quinchia produce 50koz per year (low end)

1% of that is 500 ounces x AUD $4600 = AUD$2.3Million per year

10 Years = AUD $23M

If future production is 100koz per year (double that). If deposit grow further it also improves. Production goes to 15 years. If they negotiate 1.5% royalty even better, etc

It gives the option for LCL management to even sell that in the future back to the company or other third party for example
