Those guys from Tiger were very opportunistic and thought a bunch of cowboys would get together and buy something for nothing.
Visby seem that was also opportunistic and even worse got desperated and only realized they were missing out on a Huge opportunity, once company received the one from Tiger.
Neither of them made any reasonable offers.
I would rather receive a proper offer from a Colombian developer/producer like Mineros SA, Aris, Zijin, etc.
