    2.6Million ounces of Gold plus huge tenements is worth a lot more that shares in a shell company.

    Not sure how they thought that would pass to be honest

    I think some other company is going to come back and make a bid for the whole lot at 3c ($30M for Colombia + PNG)

    I think most shareholders would accept that
