Correction.CLZ expanded it's share capital from 250 million shares to 32 billion, then did the 150/1 consolidation. This reduced the shares to around 270 million.
Next over the next year they created another 12 billion shares, then did another consolidation of 50/1 making the share capital 240 million. Presently there is around 1•5 billion again.
They unsucessfuly tried to do a capital raise, then went off-market to raise capital from financiers.
Presently they are trying to sell their sole project to pay back the last financier.They were unable to complete the purchase on the 2 Forestania leases .
