    Wow - so whats the legitimacy of advising on the CR of a company you are a Director of.......? Is this standard business practice......?

    Did he advise that there should be a 25% discount to share price as part of raise?

    Tino may well be the fall guy, but who else actually works in this company? And tbf you get paid what $350k+ to be a fall guy? I'll change my name to Colt Seavers and look for one of those gigs......
