Making the assumption that your vote does not matter is still a cop out - retail voters do matter.
Not sure whether a cop out or simply acceptance that small holders have little if any impact (or could just be apathy).
You indicated you've been holding for 5 years. You also indicated your disappointment with BNL's progress - you're not lone. You've had 5 years where you had the opportunity to vote and judging by your post, voted every year. Do you honestly think during that time your vote made any difference?
I have my doubts that retail holders with their votes have much impact on the company and how it's been run. The top 20 has more clout but none seem to want to have a 'whinge' on how the 'beautiful ship' is steered or just bopping up and down somewhere out at sea.
