These days one complaint to a local council will result in council having to do something about it. Despite how many here 'whinge' - and it's more than just one - nothing is done, business is as usual.
Honestly cannot see any reason for any retail holder to waste time voting - even if all retail voted against all points raised, it's the top holders' votes that decide the outcome. So far it appears top holders either don't care or are happy despite delays or failures by management to meet timelines - if they're happy, they must be a very forgiving bunch - but then why not, in any cr they get millions of cheap shares and BNL is just a very small portion of their overall portfolio and they can wait - wait for decades. A tad different to retail holders. AIMO
