About 15% of holders just voted and of those about 85-90%, most likely the Hopper camp, voted YES.
Holders had a chance to say NO but hardly anyone cared. And that is what Hopper counts on, retail not voting. He knows that even only 10-15% of all IMU shares will get everything approved. He and the Mann - Family control about 9.5%, enough to run the company.
That means, 85% had the chance for change and did not bother. Nobody should now complain, as 85% seem to be very happy with sp and board.
