This entire s249d has been a catastrophic farce from the start. You don’t call a 249d unless you are 100% guaranteed to win. Those behind it used underhand methods through GBA Capital to pick up a huge tranche of shares at a massive discount and still managed to blow it. The end result has been a waste of everyone’s time as well as the resources of the Company (and us shareholders). GBA faces censure through the takeovers panel and have egg all over their faces. Shambles and incompetently executed by the plotters. And well defended by the Board.
