Well played by the board, are you serious? All they have shown is their desperation at keeping the wages and in house deals flowing. They are and have been disgraced by this and their names will are mud in the industry and will be going forward after this IMO. look at the real votes against them keeping their boards seats, real shareholders wanted them gone and they had to fudge the numbers to keep the gravy train flowing. disgraceful and shameful behavior, shareholder price returns under their so called management abilities and skills have been disastrous
