I do not believe HFA will do any raising at anything less than $2. When I last raised the issue of debt with a member of their management, he clearly stated that debt was comfortably being serviced.

You know my views regarding EFG, I just believe there are better places for your capital right now. The best you can hope for here is that they break up the business and pay out the cash balance to shareholders...I cant see them turning this around.
