No Surprise here.
However my line of thinking goes something like this.
The shortfall will be offered and get picked up by sophisticated investors, ( more than likely the guys who jumped in at 5.8 cents).
Once this is done, successful results will be announced and we see SP run back to 6 to 8 cents which gives us a fair market cap valuation for where we are at, at this this point in time.
It sounds a little lame but that's all I can hope for PNN.
