I've got to say, my only concern with RDN is this shortfall hanging around. Surely they couldn't actually contemplate issuing the shortfall now they have the ATM facility but the possibility of placing these additional 212,959,141 shortfall shares does linger until 08/09/23.
Anyone have any insight into the likelihood of these being placed?
