Little doubt imo that they will be placed prior to 1st September 2023, ( last day of 3 month period).
Assuming they are placed at only a small discount to the prevailing SP this provides Raiden with another $2M plus versus the $638,877.03 they would have received if the original placement had have been fully taken up.
I have no concern with that whatsoever.
