Timing and CR process was sheer incompetency. The IBXOA's would have generated good capital, but they had no business sense to build the share value above 6c at least. No skin in the game from the BoD and lack of focus on business value. $400k will just give another 3 month. Might as well take it to the Casino.
Can the board now bring in a competent person who has a solid track record about running a business and stem the bleed.
