It's not about $ it's about numbers.
Currently the company has 706m shares + 177m 1.5c strike options (plus others? that I haven't bothered to track down) - 883m shares fully diluted.
At 10m heads Steinepreis owns 1.4% of the company
At 10m (heads) + 11m(1.5's) ... he owns 2.4% of the company.
Show me a way he could achieve 2.4% without the SP hitting 2c at least - then there are all the other directors including the new chair.
It's legal but a bit close to the wind especially given one other matter that really bugs me - but that can wait for another day.
