Really impressive to see that 74% of shareholders did the paperwork to participate in this offer.
This means:
+ the shares are really tightly held
+ the offer was very attractive
+ only quite tiny shortfall (for the directors)
I think that a listing of these options will have no (negative) impact on the Taruga share price.
If there is e.g. an interesting project acquisition or any other exciting news, the share price could make a significant jump easily.
