Today’s AGM (May 30, 2025) was 30 minutes of pure drivel. No accountability for the board’s role in tanking our company—just more hot air about “nearly signed” off-take agreements. Luke’s sanctimonious talk of skipping their bloated salaries? Laughable.
The only reason they’re not cashing in is because MGU’s coffers are bone-dry. Mark my words: the second they raise capital—on our backs—they’ll be first in line for their $400,000 pay hikes (Resolution 7).
And “skin in the game”? Don’t insult us. Not one cent of their own money has bought a single share. Every share they hold was snatched from shareholders’ pockets. Meanwhile, we’re left with a 90% share price collapse ($0.04 to $0.008) and $411,000 in
2023 travel expenses for Neil and Athan and over a million to their own companies. (Notice, Page 3; Web ID: 17).
They have no money and no deals. The SP will stay here indefinitely if this board is allowed to continue.
