The Company was stranded in suspension with debt and not enough cash. Get real. These new directors pulled it from the brink so 0.1 cents was low but not unreasonable given the circumstances and still existing risk they personally took. They are the company's best hope now and they are straight and unpaid. They stood up before it went under and when others wilted.
