I’m no expert but if over subscribed wouldn’t if be better for the company to scale up and give shareholders all the shares they want and raise as much as possible rather than scale down as they have
also if scaling down fairer for everyone to be scaled down rather than scale down those that came late
one thing for certain I’d never make it a BOD because too sensible
