Hi Drifta, yes still Holding, didn't go heavy due to my own Investment Criteria,, company Told a Great Story, Data to date and Management is poor.
The Data will be analysed with a great deal of scrutiny, this in itself can lead to discovery.
Over the years I have seen "poor manufacturing" "poor analysis" " subjective Analysis" "wrongly calculated statistics" " Poor Monitoring"...
Although FTT would be unable to dredge the trials to make a claim other than there primary endpoint they may discover a sub group that the treatment did show benefit beyond normal standard of care..
With one of the largest shareholders now sold out there will be considerable volatility due to the amount of holders...
The MC now down $1.6m does make the company a T/O target but dont expect a premium,, once a Holder has over 50% of the registrar they are in the driving seat...
So if you wanted to smash $800k today you would be on the board of your own ASX listed company,,,
Personally when a loss is created this quickly I hold,, for the SP to move in an upward direction it is simple trading 101,,, make buyer pay your offer price,, if buyers have to keep meeting the your sale price you will see incremental increases in the SP,, only the undercutters that keep selling to the buyers bid will keep the SP anchored ..
FTT may be desirable to a new Derma Company looking for a swift entry with a like minded shareholder base...
again i feel for those that have lost considerable sums,, last week I spoke with a Gentleman who a couple of years back lost his entire retirement fund whilst having his funds managed?? since he has built an impressive holding in another ASX listed company through shear hard work and determination.
There are a few Biotechs on the ASX that are earning , not mega money yet,,but have commercialised tech and have shown enterprise , Mega Pharma is looking for scale ability ,, small Australian Company 6 sales consultants XXX return from 190 outlets,,, J&J have 11,000 sales consultants ,,, you get the picture..
The ASX may step in this week,, just from looking at the volume.. Me I'm holding ,,
