A couple of big backers coming in, vetted by THX and hopefully stayers. I wondered earlier on about the huge dollar amount to exercise the rights being purchased on-market and whether the buyer was trading the rights or serious about exercising. Looks like they were serious about exercising. And the rights buyers wanted MUCH more.
What a successful CR. Could only have been bettered by not having been underwritten. But we did avoid Placement of Underwritten Shortfall fees.
Yes, THX I'd agree that the controversial (at the time) gold play that is Garden Gully has been strongly endorsed.
