How many shares and options have been gifted to the board preaching this Disallowed?

The dialution to share holders (that should be greatfull they've been given the opportunity to off load their hard earnt coin to the pockets of the board over the years)

The board believes share holders SHOULD share in the value uplift along the way.
Really???? Lol, yeah ok. NOT!
The only uplift, is in the form of SH cash, shared between pockets of the board.
