It’s done! Average of ~$8,600 invested shareholder, for 281 participants and ~$6.8M total. That is not too shabby. Shortfall of ~15% fully covered by the Chairman’s own financing/advisory company. I have to say, the BOD seem committed. They’re showing conviction through their own investment at least.
I personally only committed a modest portion, mainly because I am constantly second-guessing myself. I wonder if I’ll be kicking myself later for not taking up 10 times that amount!
