Sandy Beard is now a Director of Pure Foods Tasmania (PFT), which was listed earlier this year and has since surged in price.
So, I'm very sceptical of TFL's explanation that his resignation was tied up somehow with succession planning. Looks to me that he simply jumped ship to the south of Oatlands. Staying with TFL may also have generated a significant conflict of interest since TFL and PFT are, or will be competitors, especially if TFL carries through with its intention to break into the wider prepared foods market.
