Time to get nimble - pivot away from the three year plan where all the money making is saved until the end.

The market has changed and that's no longer tenable. What parts put them onto self-sustainability quickly? Pick those now and go hard.

I feel like things went downhill when Andy Lowry left (or was let go). My sense was that he wanted to pick some winners and sell them.

Someone with a strong commercial focus needs to be brought into a senior position and others need to listen to them.

I still believe but if you want more of my dollars you're going to need to get commercial quickly.
