Its only crap if you dump it now. Last 6 months has been a bit management rough mate but your comments are down even when things arnt that bad. You lend weight to some far fetched angles which in a forum setting arnt doing any favours to anyone. My tip is talk less listen more and dig in for a ride of some sort of reflection and rectification.

Im in Perth so will try get a coffee with someone when they are around. Not that I have met any of them before but I am in for a pretty penny and would like to do some due diligence looking forward.
