    hopefully the discussions with moelis are fruitful and they take a chunk. If they don’t, I’m pretty sure I’ve never seen a worse capital raise.
    surely moelis are involved to get a decent amount, not just their fees?
    disaster so far, can they salvage it. Wouldn’t be hopeful.
    when PG said he wasn’t taking a single share in the raise, how can you expect retail to take any.
