but remember our MD is so poor (trying to fund MAT dreams), that he flagged that he wouldn't be accepting his full entitlement under the Rights Issue.
But he possibly retained the right to help steer the allocation of the resulting shortfall.

And of course he was generously rewarded by "shareholders" to the tune of 2.5 Million giveaway options.

Its all about keeping the right balance of rewards to Directors, their Sophisticated friends and of course common shareholders.

In summary a highly successful, highly diluting Remuneration scheme IMO
