Some good investors in the sub-underwriting. Given that Pac Partners had it covered and were talking to the Top 10, you would guess that knew there would be stock available. Company needs some fresh investors. 81% in Top 20 was a little tight in my opinion.. Not enough liquidity.
Main thing is they now get on with it.. The board has a lot to answer for the delays up until now and could face another remumeration report rejection if they don't show progress in the next months.
