Interestingly, $0.82M raised from a a total of $2.0M entitlements, but some of the $0.82M contributors were prepared to put up another $1.6M, so they are bold or in the know. And the $0.795M shortfall the Board have through to Feb 24 to offer up to the fortunate insider sophisticated investor types, with all the advantage of market announcements coming out in the mean time. So I expect they'll get all the funds they intended to get. Mission more or less successful.
