In a sense that would appear to be the basic case. That is probably not bad in the circumstances. But note that there is still the shortfall to be sorted out. Some shareholders have applied for additional shares above what they were entitled to and it would seem reasonable to assume from the comment beneath the chart that the shortfall will be absorbed by those additional requests and any other arrangements that exist..... "Allocation of the shortfall shares and options will occur in consultation with the Lead Manager, Shaw and Partners Ltd and refunds will be sent to unsuccessful applicants as per the Prospectus."
So it looks like there will be over a million dollars raised by the CR in total. At least that is the way I see it.
