either I am misunderstanding or you are…
it seems they have granted the entitlement + all the additional shares requested to cover the shortfall.
the actual raise was $1m for entitlements + $1m for additional shares (subject to SPQ allowing).
so from a total of $2m to be raised they have only raised $1.18m and most of that $1m was actually for the entitlement - shortfall covered by additional requests.
either I am misunderstanding or you are…it seems they have...
