Have you called the company to find out why that is the case?
Have they confirmed with you that your shortfall has not been held to be calculated later?
Curious, as I applied for my full allocation, as well as an amount for shortfall, but I can only see the 1/8th allocation added to my Automic site today....no shortfall added either.
I am hoping they are holding the shortfall funds and working out who gets what allocation etc perhaps? Remember there may be some big fish like Tony G who might want all the allocation of shortfall... and DCC need to manage relationships there too, as no shortfall was guaranteed from what I understood.
I am yet to hear anything from the company only what i can see on Automic....
