@aussiepeter - you remember during Lisa's time, she did a round of opened CR, soon followed by a CR targeting "sophisticated" investors and many missed the boat and unhappy? I think it is a similar strategy this time, but of course it is because we all the retail investors did not fully exercise our rights. Common sense is that the company reserves the right on how to distribute these "left over" shares (allotment & unit price), in this case, DCC refused to allocate to us or simply someone stepped in with a higher offer.
