the reason many don’t vote especially at this level is that the level of share you own dictate the vote you get and if directors and others linked to the company have far greater voting rights where retail vote almost has no impact.. it’s not that people shouldn’t vote. They should but generally you see wages etc passed without retail approval.. things like that and I’m not singling out DCC here I generalising about any company especially at these prices.. once DCC gets more skin and more media coverage which they will there’s more room for scrutiny and accountability.
