    I'm not disputing your "10% less" but am unable to see it as my understanding is that if you hold the 'new shares' you get a 3c divvy on March 19 and can sell the shares at NTA after a year. Assuming the NTA doesn't fall, surely any 'exit fee' would need to be reasonable?
