Yes you get a 3 cent divvy, and because the proceeds are 99% in cash, no capital gain, and the capital seems to be shrinking. Don’t forget that 12 months ago there was a buy back for 20% of your shares at $1.10, and Justin’s grand plan that he had been preparing the fund for, for the last 4 years turned out **it.
Would you really leave your money with him for 12 months after his previous record for the sake of 2% ???? Chances are that he would make a/absolutely nothing over the 12 months, and you could leave your funds with him to save the 2c exit fee. For me ? not bloody likely !!!!!
In the first 12 months, your exit amount would be NTA, less the div, less admin costs, less the 2 cent termination fee. Sorry, Justin has had years to prove himself... and he has..... to be a bloody hopeless fund manager ! Throw a dice, a dart, or put it on black or red, you have a better chance of a return !
