    Why not? The deal is in their best interest as an FFR shareholder.

    At the end of the day, the deal is close to death, but it is still intriguing to see what FFR/GCY can come up with. On that note, where are the drill results???!!??

    Does anybody know if the company will proceed with the demerger if the deal fell through?
