In order for a Scheme of Arrangement to be passed, 75% voter majority is needed by volume. Including the TPM stake which obviously voted against the arrangement, we had a 2% swing in our favour - meaning we needed more than 97% of remaining voters to vote in favour.
What a resounding win, and a great day in history for combatting anti-competitive behaviour!
