Nah... IMO Besix will not walk. They’ve not lost face, they know there’s money to be made that’s why they persuaded our board to recommend. I reckon/hope Besix will find other more productive and shareholder accommodating ways to achieve their goals. Besix didn’t force our board to recommend the takeover, no, the board saw it as the path of least resistance. Regrettably the board’s connection with shareholders IMO lacks substance and now they will need to come out fighting and show shareholders that they are there to direct the Management in how to make a profit in a very competitive industry. If they don’t then they’re not worthy of a position on the board.
