Well done WTP shareholders whoever you were that opposed this. Happy to not have this foreign controlled and be exposed to the potential for transfer cost accounting to Besix to have the remaining portion devalued over time and then bought out cheap. Does not look good for the directors/management of WTP who were happy to sell. Will they resign?

Watpac makes great buildings and hope to see that continue. They need to charge more so as to make a decent and fair profit.
