When PLL performed the recent US capital raising, were their investors buying future shares for the upcoming NASDAQ listing?

Page 23: Accordingly, on implementation of the Scheme, Piedmont US will have (subject to rounding) 1/100th of thenumber of shares on issue (in the form of common stock) as compared with the number of Shares that Piedmontcurrently has on issue.

If you have 3333 shares, it will be rounded up to 34.

Buy another 68 ASX PLL shares, giving you 3401, which will be rounded up to 35
