only one I can think of is WAM as they haven't made it clear they were on Pfizer's side or not. If my postulation is correct and they are going for a 10% shareholding then how does that influence the company before the scheme is approved?
Not sure about how this legally could playout yet...it is too strange that they have been getting to a position and are going to sit on their hands. This is one Mutha and I reckon there is a good chance that it ain't over just yet...we will see. C'mon WAM show your hand and make a move will you!
