Without making too much out of it how can Pfizer cancel all the shares if the buyout offer is pre dating the scheme ratification by the court on Wed 13th Sept. What I am saying is that they are within their rights as a 10% plus shareholder to make a play for the company before the scheme is dusted by the court on the Wed. In which case the ball is firmly then in Pfizer's court
